What does Melo grow?
What does Melo grow?
The main mushroom that is grown is Oyster mushroom. They are subtle in taste and easily absorb all the flavour that is given to them. Oyster mushrooms are also a fantastic meat replacement due to their protein content and texture.
More gourmet varieties will soon be available.
